Nice lift!!
I would say only that your hips are a bit high and you start the second pull a little early. From the slo-mo you can see that your back is almost completely horizontal before the bar gets to your knees. Yes, this would be why you jump forward. Because you're initiating the second pull early, your hips are pushing the entire body/barbell system's center of gravity (COG) forward. If you keep your hips down and wait a bit longer on the second pull, the entire system COG will be shifted backward leading to staying in the same place or jumping slightly back.
