Calling somebody "Boss" and Chief" are just casual ways of being deferrential, as "Sir" is a more formal way of being deferrential. All things considered, I'd rather be called Boss or Chief than a lot of other alternatives.

Some good news!

So for the past few months I have been putting in job applications and resume after resume to get no responses. Nothing. Not 1 forkin interview!

Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and I get an interview at Lifetime Fitness. Ok, cool but it doesn't pay what I want. Then 3 different people call me for interview last week. I had a total of 6 interviews and 4 job offers in 2 weeks! Wow, what a crazy week the last week have been! I even had 2 job offers with the same company. LOL

So I turned down 3 and accepted 1 today that will allow me to continue college. Its a permanent part time job with set hours Sunday thru Wednesday. Doesn't pay much but it will stop the bleeding of my savings and I can still qualify for pell grants. Plus this place has a gym so I can workout before or after work which is a nice benefit.
