For my cheat meal this week I want to attempt this burger challenge with my buddies at a famous burger join here in downtown Toronto!
Checkout the attachments for the picture! Its a a grilled bacon cheese sandwich, 3 patties, 3 cheese, 6 bacon strips, then a grilled bacon cheese sandwich, then 3 patties 3 cheese 6 bacon with caramelized onions and a lettuce and tomato, then a bacon grilled cheese on top. I need to eat this and a milkshake in 6 minutes!
I KNOW I can do it! If you saw a couple threads down I had a 13,000 cheat day last week. I'm keeping it to a cheat meal only this week!
Now: Does anyone have tips or advice? It will cost me $27.99 lol,
Should I even do it? It will take me 2-3 days to recover from it and get back where I was (I'm cutting)
OR should I just go to a korean bbq? (Unlimited grilled beef, chicken, short ribs, white rice) it's probably the same thing calorie/fat wise compared to the burger. Very fatty cuts of chicken and beef here and the calls add up fast!
Thanks guys!

i'm a pretty weak eater, so i doubt i could finish that thing.
but it looks fairly tame compared to some of the other stuff i've seen.
except for the 6 minutes thing...Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

'Food challenge' and 'Toronto' are rarely used in the same sentence.
I would say do it just because we barely get any food challenges here in T.O.
Also, I've heard good things about Holy Chucks
Not an official challenge, but a friend of mine set the record at Belly Busters Submarine; 5.5 ft long subs (different kinds, all fully loaded) in one sitting. That would be an interesting one to challenge.

If you want a good burger, take a drive up to Yonge and Doncaster and hit up Golden Star (G-star). 'Homemade cheeseburger' combo. It's been years since I've gone, but assuming the quality hasn't dropped (they've been around forever so I doubt they've changed anything recently), it's well worth the drive and probably the, or one of the best burgers you can get in Toronto.

You're really uneducated about eating disorders if you think a bad meal every 8 days is a disorder.
I have 5 meals a day, 2 consist of carbs and protein, 2 with fats and protein, 1 with just protein. 7 days which is 35 perfect meals, then a 8th day which has 2 meals (one is the cheat) is 36/37 meals that are clean, nutritious and fit my macro's. I don't fit foods I crave into my macro', I have that one meal out of 37 which is a cheat because I go over all my macro's. That makes 97.3% of my meals PERFECT. I have my 36 meals of whole clean foods that fit my macro's, not even a bite over or a taste of something I'm craving, and if I do I won't have my cheat. 2.7% of bad eating isn't a binge or a eating disorder.

this paragraph is a bit troubling. i'm not saying you do or don't have anything, but it seems your attitude towards food is fairly black and white, which food is definitely not. a few things stand out:
1) food is almost always more than 1 macro. it's hard to quantify food as "2 carbs and protein" without having fat in there as well. unless you're eating plain chicken breast and brown rice with no sauce. if you are, you might consider reading the sticky about discretionary calorie allowance so you're not eating bland food all day thinking it's your only (or even best) option
2) thinking of anything as 'perfect' is sometimes a sign of obsessiveness (i am an obsessive person) as is thinking that foods fit perfectly together. consider that if you two eggs which weigh the exact same amount, their macro and micro nutrient content will vary by as much as 20% (citation needed). consider the marbling in steak; they can weigh the same but have different amounts of fat and protein.
3) the word 'cheat' is sort of a trap. many people on here, most unjustly so, think that if you use the word 'cheat' that you're obsessing about your food too much. in a sense, they're over reacting. but on the other hand they have a point; there's no need to cheat because you're not breaking any rules. if you want to have a day where you eat over your macros, then who cares? probably no one except yourself. you don't need to rationalize a cheat, you just do it knowing that it probably takes you in the opposite direction of your goals. no saying 'oh well it's okay this is a cheat meal, or this is a food challenge, or i deserve this because' you just say to yourself 'i am going to eat 2 ridiculous hamburgers stacked on top of each other in 6 minutes' and then enjoy yourself.
of course results require commitment and dedication. but success and happiness in life depend on balance. you need to balance your incredible focus and attention to minutiae with the realization that unless you're in a show or getting paid to be a certain (low %) bodyfat, there's probably not a reason to be so strict. my personal opinion is that strict weighing and counting is the first step towards getting a handle on nutrition; it's how you learn to later on guestimate your macros and eat how you like.
sorry for the long rant, just figured i'd share my opinions.Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

I would love to see this 97% PERCET diet of yours.
Just because a meal isn't full of refined sugar or fat doesn't mean it is perfect or even good for you. Is a banana part of the perfect diet?
Well depending on what you have been eating that day, it may not be good/best for you. Maybe you would have been better off with something with more folate, magnesium, Vitamin A, fiber, iron, or just protein/fat.Founder of MMDELAD

We would get along man, i think we share a passion for ridiculous cheat meals. It looks absolutely awesome, however 6 minutes is too short in my opinion. I mean, furious pete downed a 55oz burger in 3 minutes, but he is pete, that thing looks absolutely huge and would probably take more than 5 minutes, plus the shake, no way.
