Can some one take a look and maybe offer up some suggestions or advice?

So I have attached two photos. The first was taken maybe a month a bit ago, the second was taken last week. I've leaned out quite a bit (118lb) and according to my tanita scale and caliper, my body fat sits at approx 14.5%. I think I eat fairly well (however always room for improvement). But I've been accused of being too skinny even though I may have only dropped 1-1.5 lean muscle.
I started out doing a lot of timed intervals, hiit and circuits to drop the body fat and now I want to build more defined muscle. I can dedicate 4 days a wk to weights and also fit some cardio in there on other days, but I have no idea on what a four day split program would look like and what I need to be eating. Can anyone offer up some suggestions? And I don't think I look too skinny.....do I?

I don't think you look too skinny, but I'll bet a few more lbs of muscle would look awesome. Maybe a real slow bulk?

I agree with kimm. A slow bulk would mean eating at a SLIGHT surplus for muscle gain, so the change isn't as abrupt and dramatic. That'd make the changes more progressive.
You look great btw. I too get ridiculed for being "too skinny" but I just use it as motivation to keep building up.

Eat to gain around 1 lb per month. And keep going until you hit around 130.

I would say you are not too skinny by any means. You happy with the way you look? Then tell everyone else to go pound sand. Want more muscle then listen to the others mentioning the slow bulk.
