So I've been doing carb refeed for about 3 weeks now. I love it and its perfect because I feel everything burning the next week after I'm stuffed of glycogen. I've been using myfitnesspal for awhile now, since christmas pretty much, just to see what my macros look like day-to-day. My macros during the week are around 60/30/10 or about 50/35/15.
Im not sure where the fats are suppose to range around for carb refeed. On the weekend for the past 3 weeks my macros look like 25/50/25 or around 40/40/20. I kinda binge on and off from friday night to around sunday afternoon. I still keep track of what I eat.
Do my macros during the week look alright or should I up the fats a little? maybe a little more carbs?
