The Point is I am just failing to see how you can doubt someone when you dont even know them and dont even know their accomplishments, Thats a very disrespectful and rude comment towards someone who has accomplished some incredible eating features (being this a competitive eating thread)
Let alone make the assumption this person has not done anything before (when she has set over a dozen records) and just surpassed Kobayashi in wings for an alltime record.Last edited by The Solution; 02-02-2014 at 06:28 PM.

A few days is such a long time.
I find it ironic someone who is unnamed can be some successful in something they pursue.
Examples:
Russel Wilson 2nd year in the NFL and now going to win a ring
Tom brady a 7th round draft pick comes out to be one of the best QB's in the league.Last edited by The Solution; 02-02-2014 at 06:39 PM.

02-02-2014, 07:32 PM #640- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

So much hate ITT. Getting stupid.
Wussed out? I'm pretty sure I would've absolutely DESTROYED that record if I would've went. I do eating challenges because I enjoy them and I like eating. I'm not going to go do something that I'm not in the mood for and when I'm not feeling physically/mentally stable.
I respect you..., your posts, but you lost some from me with this one dude. Pretty pathetic that you'd openly take a shot at me like that.
Do I need to requote from last page. The only reason I called her UNNAMED was because you posted a random picture of leaderboard with a "random person" named molly with 70 pancakes next to her name. I've said it BEFORE and I'll say it AGAIN. That is the ONLY reason why I said what I said and called her what I called her. If I would've known who the actual person was, I wouldn't have said that.
Quit the crap Bob. This is getting ridiculous.

Thanks man! I won the military portion in dc a few months back, did half a gallon of chili in a min and 34 secs, if I kept that pace I could maybe crack the top 5, I doubt it though. I have a PT test and weigh/tape on Friday so i can't really train for this contest, but it's driving distance, and first contest of 2013 so gonna hit it up

the outcome is.......
Quick shot from last nights awesome challenge in downtown San Diego. 17 people competed, 2 finished. I had the owner split my $500 gift card with 2nd place finisher Kevin Ross due to his 1 hour drive to come racing into town after class in the rain to do the contest last minute with me. I knew for a fact he would push me if he came and that he did! He finished less then 30 seconds behind me making him the 2nd best time to date and the 5th person to finish the challenge in now 67 attempts.
Not sure you can see the pictures in this album but its located on my ******** page here:
http://www.********.com/media/set/?s...6704607&type=1
I freaking love this challenge (as much the 2nd time as I did the first) since its all breakfast fare.....my favorite kind of challenge!
PS....Yes I did use Walden Farms blue and strawberry syrups of my own during the challenge. I like these two flavors best with pancakes and regular syrups I hate after like 4-5 hits of it every time without fail. Plus the WF goes down way easier then regular thick stuff.
I urge anyone in or who passes through San Diego from this thread to please take on the challenge solo or with a group and tell them Josh sent you in. That should get a smile from them for sure!
PS...PS...
Major questions I got after the whole thing was done:
1. how are you not like super fat from doing these?
2. did you starve yourself for like 2 days before this?
3. what was in those bottles you brought with you? is it a special kind of syrup?
4. do you feel sick right now? are you going to go puke later?UNBA Men's Physique Athlete

Gotcha. Never bought the WF, but the Joseph's Sugar Free Maple Syrup is super thick as well, presumably because it's trying to imitate the pure deal versus the fake stuff. Wouldn't be surprised if WF is using a similar strategy.
There are some places that will offer you real maple syrup for a small upcharge. If you've never had it with your pancakes I'd encourage you to try it if you ever run into an opportunity. It's far too pricey to be a grocery staple (at least for me), but it's great for an occasional treat."Mediocrity knows nothing higher than itself, but talent instantly recognizes genius."
