New to lifting, want to be serious in all aspects inc. diet, please critique.
Good day / evening to all who read this
I am a 26 year old male.
6'1" tall, 16% body fat, 85 Kilograms.
I am aiming to gain lean mass with as little fat as possible, although I expect a certain amount of fat gain to come with the process.
To that end, I used 4 different online calorie calculators for my body type / weight, and came up with a range of 3500 - 3700 calories a day to gain mass with minimal fat.
To achieve the calories, I spent a few days deciding what i'd enjoy eating a lot....every day and came up with a diet plan, which I have since ordered a months supply of, please critique :
6:50 AM
100g oats
4 eggs

10:00 AM
Chicken breast 100g
Wholemeal tortilla x2
Pepper slices
Broccoli
12:30 PM
50g peanuts

3:00 PM
Chicken breast 100g

Banana

50g peanuts

I weigh all food sources accurately, providing my scales aren't lying to me .
Sorry the edit function won't work for me for some bizarre reason, I just wanted to add that I am currrently working out 5 times a week for 60 minutes a workout, 5 exercises a body part a day, 3 sets of 8-10 reps per exercise, focusing on form and time under tension.
