So i've gone from 291-181 still cutting 5-6 more LB's, but is there anything i can do to tighten the bottom of my arms where the loose skin hangs a bit lol, any advice is appreciated

Over what period did you lose that weight. Time can improve it some if it's still not been long since your weight loss. If it has and your skin has stabilized there then keep working on adding mass to you biceps and triceps to fill it back up. By the way, your after pics look great compared to before and if you didn't point out the loose skin I wouldn't have noticed it. Even with you saying there's loose skin, I find it hard to see.
