Heavy as possible standing OHP with barbell (stoppend doing dumbell press like 6 month ago and gains were amaizing). Sometimes I do seated military press if I am going for brute shoulder pressing power (I am alot stronger at shoulder presses with sitting down). Four to five sets, with 10 to 6 repetitions.
After that I do lateral raises superseted with wide grip upright row. I am trying to isolate the middle delt as much as possible. 3 supersets 12 - 15 reps. The BURN in the side delt is amaizing here.
I finish with cable front raises superseted with facepulls. 12 - 15 reps. Try to feel the posterior and anterior delt as much as possible.
