A wise man once said: "Awesome women have curves and tattoos"
Thank you.
And yeah - I increased my caloric intake to about 1,700 - 1,900, just continued working out and also drinking a sh*t load of water.
Started cramping up like a mofo in dragonboat training - the worst was night before with under my feet and calf just stiffening up for about half hour. So incorporating more broth and taking my multivitamins again.
I also cheated on Thanksgiving... it was my first invite to an American dinner like that and I had to try stuffing It took me 2 days to get back to a reading of about 1.5 mmol/L again, which is awesome, and my motivation is back
Thanks for checking in again

No updates and it's nearly the 25th. Why?
Well, I keto'd on... continued working out, continued eating what I normally do... but with the scale moving up instead. I am currently at 137 - 138 lbs. However... I know my body has changed (haven't done a body fat % test yet):
My aim is still 130 lbs and eventually 125 lbs with 15% or under bf. The progress is just slower, but I am also enjoying the added muscle.
I will keto on Happy holidays

Hiya Andy!
Welp - I am not losing any more weight according to the scale or tape measure :/
I am not gaining, and I am no longer tracking my calories / macros. I measure with the ketone meter from time to time and it varies from 1.5 - 2.5 mmol/L - good enough.
The only real fat I've been getting is some MCT oil and coconut oil and fatty cuts of meat... laid off the excessive butter simply because I'm sorta enjoying my coffee black these days
I've changed my workouts in the last week to a 10x10 regime I found on this site, and I am always sore from it - too early to tell if it is going to work.
I've also reduced the amount of cardio I do - it's more like 10 mins of rowing after lifting, or the occasional spin class (2 x a week).
I'm also quite demotivated :/ Not so much that I stop the diet, but I'm not sure what else to do to lose more fat :/ it's slower than I anticipated.
Thanks for checking in! It really helps
Sue

Up to you if you want to try this but its smashed a plateau for me this weekend.
Egg fast, ive had a stall for a couple of months and read up that eating nothing but eggs for 2-3 days can kick start fat loss. I was 160.4lb on Friday morning, and ate nothing but eggs, a tiny tiny bit of cheese and homemade mayonnaise Friday, saturday and Sunday. Current weight as of this morning is 156lb
Might be worth a try, i had scrambled eggs, deviled eggs, hard boiled eggs, egg mayo
Could help you out but up to you dude :-)

Let me know how you get on. Good job you love eggs as you will be sick of them in 3 days!
The scales went down each day which was awesome. Another thing, which i will probably get slammed for but i don't care as its only for 3 days, keep your calories low too.
I was doing 10 eggs a day + mayo + butter + 25g of cheese to give me a different taste. Eat an egg meal every 2-3 hours if you can, i pre-made a lot of my eggs.
Trust me its hell for 3 days but im back to normal keto now and will see what happens.
A lot of people asked (on other forums) if the weight goes straight back on after and 100% confirmed it didnt :-)
Please let me know how it goes as i am interested so see if you have the same success as me
Good luck dude
