Phil Heath interview on the Dan Lebatard Show. Glad to see some sort of pro bodybuilding story on mainstream TV, even as limited as it is.
Good Job Champ! Great interview!

I'm glad Phil made it on ESPN, but this was the wrong show for him to be on.

Watched it this afternoon. Good to see bodybuilders on TV and not just obscure internet fitness interviews

Yeah I understand what you mean, but I'm actually glad he was on a more entertainment type of show rather than an investigative one. Imagine all the questions regarding the "forbidden" topics had he been on E60 or Outside the Lines. Too many negative stereotypical thinking in regards to bodybuilding as it is.
Exactly. I felt Phil did a great job here, actually so did Kai in that past NY news interview prior to the O. I think when people get to see the more personable and regular side of Pro Bb'ers then they may be a little more open minded when it does come to the more serious and investigative type of questions.
Maybe or maybe not. But like flang said...it's a start.

It was a lighthearted interview, and Phil did a good job representing himself. At the end, he was very smart to keep his shirt on. I'm not sure I would have had the same restraint.
I think it was from the 2012 Olympia, maybe even a clip used in Generation Iron.Lifetime natural bodybuilder, and certified nutritionist.

Would rather see kai greene on tv helping and educating others about life and bodybuilding. He has much more to offer. None the less good to see it getting some attention.
We need a pro with a arnold type personality to bring attention to the sport
Edit:that was really awkward all he did was talk about his body. Definetly would rather see kai speak about mind and life makes the sport look wayy better.Last edited by aestheticsGSF; 11-01-2013 at 02:21 AM.

*smh @ all the nitpicking over a 6 minute light hearted interview. It's not a serious show. The guy has his geriatric dad as co-host.
Spike92 is 15.
^ place this in your sig to remind the world that Spike92 is indeed 15 and will never be anything other than 15.

What if they didn't need to have him enlighten them? Maybe it was...gasp...just a simple interview?
You know, like the millions that are done with all kinds of people, that keep saying so much stupid ****, your head could explode. When the president gets interviewed i don't see him getting pressured to entertain the interviewers.
