Took a long and unnecessary break... everything suffered and I havent really PR'd in weeks. However today was a great day, made almost every lift.

Felt significantly weaker/lethargic today. Only ate a 6 inch chicken sandwich all day... and surprisingly I didnt feel hungry. Been super busy with school, lab work and gym schedules that I guess I didnt have any time to feel hungry haha. Oh well, looks like it's back to making rice/bean/egg mixtures, packing them in tupperware, and taking them to school. All aboard the gain train

BUT I just sold my romaleos, which on top of my saved cash gives me just about enough to start the poverty gym (260lbs of bumpers + oly bar). Squat racks, blocks, etc will obviously come later, but finally I'll be able to do the classic lifts at home properly. Once my money from PayPal is available that is...
Right now I'm just lifting at my school gym, which is basically your typical globo gym. I can't risk dropping the weight whenever I do any of the classic lifts so I just keep everything super light. It can get as hot as 110°+ during the day or as cold as 60° at night during the summer. Usually it's in the high 80's during the day and the low 70's at night. We live about 30 minutes from downtown LA, just on the edge of the desert.
