Ronnie you truly are the GOAT bodybuilder! YEAH BUDDY!!
Two questions:
Saw you're going to be in the new film Generation Iron, any spoilers you can drop on us or what you think the film might do for the sport?
As someone else already mentioned, do you have any plans on training/appearing at Bev Francis powerhouse over on the East Coast in the near future?

I have a question for you Ron.You stated that you Deadlifted "every other day".Some that I have discussed this subject with, believe that too many deadlifts will overload the CNS and place too much strain on the lower back. Most 5x5 routines are based on squats, and I debated this as to why deads are not the base of the routines.
How often did/do you squat and what are your thoughts on deads being too hard on the system?

"Many basic or compound exercises (e.g. squat, bench press, etc.) have a bell shaped resistance curves or shift the resistance through multiple muscle groups throughout the exercise's range of motion allowing the muscles to momentarily relax between repetitions. This period of momentary relaxation between repetitions allows greater opportunity for momentary blood flow permitting the clearing of acid accumulation."

Worked pretty well for Dorian. He won 6 in a row
I actually trained bot barbell and db for bodyparts. i had one barbell day a week and one db day a week.
hopefully before the end of the year but not sure yet, loved Perth.
That loss changed me and helped create the physique that you saw in '03. After that loss there was a Flex cover with jay and Gunter tryin to pull the sandow trophy away from me so i was like ok they want a war i'll take they ass to war. Everything i did that year was super heavy.
Oh cool thats a great gym. i guess it depends on your goal but pyramiding up in weight and down in reps is always a good way to go so like 4 sets 10-12, 8-10, 4-6, then maybe go all out for a couple.
Oh i got the best fans all over the world. best shape probably 98 or 99 but 03 was unstoppable!
Sorry no spoilers! I think the film will be great for the sport. look what pumping iron did for it.
nope, no plans for that as of right now.8X Mr.Olympia

Mr.Coleman, great to see you're back!
This may not a very pleasing question to ask but since you answered me on what year was your best year (1998), I'd like to know the opposite, what year was your worst during your reign? The year that didn't go as planned, or had hard times during the offseason/prep/show time?
