Almost tore my shoulder apart when putting weight down. guy didn't let go of my elbow and ****ed me up. I usually plop the weight back onto my lap but it kinda jerked and I ended up throwing them a couple of feet so it wouldn't fall back on me. They are too big to handle, took me two attempts to get them on my lap.
It's funny the 160's are a different company, so they are actually as small as the 110's and besides being heavy as FUK they are very easy to get onto the lap...
the 200 lb DB is as big as the 130s.

thanks for bump m8 hehe beat you to it
When I start bulking again and push my BW back up to the high 200's yeah I should be. I want the 200s just to say I can press 200s on incline. I watched a massive guy put the 200s up, after almost killing himself and 2 spotters. Was painful to watch.. but he did move them.. they looked worse than my 160db attempt so I don't feel bad. He is also pushing 300 lbs I bet so I feel very confident about getting them within a year lol. Something to strive for.
I am coming up to my strength levels when I was 220-230, but at a very modest 200 lbs.. feels good man. getting a look I have been wanting. Just need to keep it up to get that classic physique but a little modernized.http://tiny.cc/GoldenEra

fukn' kids these days... haha. bump.
corey that is sick man, there is something to be said for strength-weight ratio. what's crazy is you have superior muscular endurance to a lot of elite lifters too- so you can hang whether it's power focused, volume, or a combination of both. absolutely motivating to lift with ya, a lot of it due to your huge amount of potential.
great to hear you are hitting some goals and have some pretty insane (but achieavable) future goals too. you got the right passion for lifting and a determination. lots of success is definitely possible. keep kiling it bro

Couldn't get 30 as I wanted, was beat from work. But yeah, usually feel pretty good. 20+ reps gets the heart going. I usually power to 13-15 non stop then do them a bit more slowly.
Yeeeep 70 is one set. Usually limited rom, specific to hit the glute/ham tie in. Then a another 100 in a few sets accumulative.http://tiny.cc/GoldenEra

train them often enough I hope they are sizening.
raged hard at work today, almost quit on the spot. would have probably ended in hand cuffs if I let it get a hold of me lmao.
only got a week or two left at that job anyway.. kinda up in the air with everything. might go to school for trades.
Wasn't going to train, lower back was all sorts of jacked up yesterday and today, but it felt good enough to squat. grabbed a belt just for the hell of it. strength was sapped, very low carbs today, just bowl of cereal and 3 scoops of whey for breaky and 2 aw breakfast egg/bacon things. chicken breast, hummas and a 24 c/ 8 g /11 f cookie at lunch. then a whey shake after training. not much food for 12+ hours of physical activities.

So do the legs match the upper body for size? (you were having knee/hip trouble a while back)
What is your weight in those pics?
What was it that drove you mad at work? I thought this job had potential as an apprenticeship or at least had the possibility of continuing .... what type of trade are you thinking - general building/carpentry?
Huge session for legs, especially with the lower back feeling jacked. One of the things I like about your training is that you do your heavy basic lifts but that you then go for loads of reps on the accessories. Proof that a mix of rep ranges grows muscle"Better to wear out than rust out!"

There you areee
Stupid busy, but over all pretty good.
Steel stud framing, ceiling/wall carpentry. Yeah it all has potential. the situation I am in has be being some sort of laborer for this guy on site. Yeah all is well here and there but lately its been full time.. the dude is really cutting against the grain with me.. how the **** am I suposed to apprentice when I am forced to clean entir job site by my self lmao.
I went to move a pallet off site, so I had to move a few things into hallway of building. WEL TURNS OUT HAVING SOMETHING THERE FOR 30 SECONDS CAN'T HAPPEN. IT'S A FIRE CORRIDOR FOR **** SAKES ITS A FIRE HAZARD!!!
Told him it was for 20-30 seconds max and I needed to get it out of the way.
nope can't have that.
jesus christ I wanted to rip his stupid head off.
why can't people just shut the **** up and let the lowly little worker do his fuqqin job, all would be well.
All pics are from this week. so anything from 197 to 200? Don't know exact weight.
Yeah it's how I train usually. I wouldn't be able to do other lifts for same rep ranges... see it as redundant anyway. I try not to do the same movement twice in a day. leg press ar usually really ham, glute or quad/calf orientated. never just a "leg press"
will get pics of legs soonLast edited by AirForceV; 08-30-2013 at 05:09 AM.

Was occupied with school, work, training and the gf barely had any time to my self. Crushed my finger at work 3+ weeks ago but still hitting the gym for what I can do, a lot of elbow supported **** but recently got moved into a brace so I can finally hit arms.
Gonna try n post a little more frequently I miss you guys. Recent lifts haven't really gone up.
Still at 200 lbs, before my finger got busted I was probably around 7% bf. A few days before that a guy wanted to make a video channel on youtube and I obliged. I think he still is waiting for me to heal to do some more.

miss you too bro
sick youtube channel, subbed. Seeing how ridiculously jacked and huge you've gotten seriously makes me want to get back into bodybuilding again....
how does it feel knowing 35 THOUSAND people are miring on your biceps online?
only 1 suggestion: you need to cut out all the background noise in the videos, all I can hear is the weights clanging and barely hear wtf you're saying.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Aint really my channel just a guy wanting to make a fitness channel on youtube needed a guy (me) to talk n shieeet. Will get more eventually but I had to stop since I couldn't train.
Like I said in my come back post I ****ed my hand up at work and broke my finger in two places and I'm still in a brace. I can still do enough, but anything that requires my hands I cannot do. Still got heaps of physio to go and time till it actually heals.http://tiny.cc/GoldenEra

Any of you old guys still around
Haven't been training as much in last 2 years. Last few months ive been taking massage therapy more seriously and actually utilizing my health insurance. I'm already improving in muscle and joint health but still have loads of tissue to break up from the years of abuse from the gym and labour jobs. Hoping another 20 hours of therapy and I'll be better than I ever have and actually taking steps forward.
Last 4 years have blown by. Scary ****. Bought a condo with the same girlfriend as before. Have a fairly decent job. Smashed my car a few weeks ago, was exciting! Ill try to post back up in here. Sort of a texting diareah dear diary.
Havent been on misc in eons but that **** has shaped my life... Spooky.
How about the internet in 2018 though eh? Awful stuff hope bb.com is still safe.
My diet right now, as it always has been. Quite comical. Still slam 8-16 raw eggs a day, 2 lbs of meat. No veggies minimal carbs. Altho today, by chance i had 6 slices of pizza at work cause it was free and I am poor and poor boys don't say no to free food especially when its satans carbohydrated cheesy delight. No gym today. I went yesterday and did some basic chest. Ill write out what I remember
Iso wide press. Literally iso IE 1 arm ata time
45 20x2
90 10x2
135 8x1
180 8x1
205 8x1
135 15x1

185 x 20
185 x8
Behind neck pulldowns

Flat flyes

I think that was it. My rotator cuff feeling better but still signal pain into my shoulder and my biceps are on another dimension of tight and knotted. My therapist said I won't know what to do with myself once it actually CAN release lmao. I believe it.Last edited by AirForceV; 02-14-2018 at 12:41 AM.

ya I still lurk for a little every night before bed. Sup u juicy kunt.
Did you **** your body up by basically having your muscles get stronger at a faster rate than your tendons? Seem to see that a lot with people who get on OJ. Joints and tendons just can't keep up with the muscle growth. I feel you on not training a lot though. I took 7 months off in 2014 when I bought my first house, then basically all of 2016 off as well. I've also rekt my body pretty bad from powerlifting through the years and snapping chit up. Feelsbrokenman.
I feel u on how fast time has flown by. I bought my house almost exactly 4 years ago and it's just been a flash. Getting older fuking blows. Brb work brb gym brb be a lazy peice of chit on days off work. At least u got a gf brah. Hope everything's good on that front.
Sorry to hear about the car. Was it the little Japanese one? Looked like a relatively expensive car because of how rare that model is. That sucks, hope you weren't wasted when it happened lol.
Misc has been fuking garbage for at least 3 years now. Basically all the good posters have just been banned and it's shrunken by like 80%. There's a few gems here and there but it it's not remotely close to what it used to be.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight.
