Well I dont or havnet ever really tested my 1rep max for any of them
Squat is weak as I have had a knee and ankle injury which has plagued me for years. I tend to main do front squat and that I do 130-140kg
I dont deadlift much but when I did I got to a max of around 150kg for 6 reps
Bench max is 140kg for 4reps
Not that strong for my weight and size but have changed my training so that I dont focus so much on the weight but getting maximum development.
Thanks. Been trying to lean down recently and have gained some definition but have also lost some size gettting the balance right is proving hard.
Thanks. Been training them twice a week on average once on shoulders day with db shrugs and once on back day with barbell shrugs

Thanks! Arms have always been lean but a pain to pack size on! Current mission!
I'm happy with my traps and shoulders for now as I want to bring up my arms.
As far as chest striations go I hope to see them in the future too! lol. Currently bulking so not likely to be in the near future any how.
Will have to find a pic of goal physique. Ideally want to be around 210 lean.
