Awesome stuff! The question about juicing was cringeworthy, but Kai handled it very well. Also lol'd at hair comment "most of it's mine, and what isn't I have a receipt for"

The question at the end about juicing was a bit unnecessary tbh
People spend too much time finding other people to blame, too much energy finding excuses for not being what they are capable of being and not enough energy putting themselves on the line, growing out of the past and getting on with their lives. - Kai Greene

that was sick. kai greene is an epic kunt, but he can get carried away when he talks and end up rambling a bit. here he was on the ball. hope he wins.

He came across great. The juicing comment just seemed to be a bit of ignorance from the interviewer, he's probably seen alot about the tour de France recently and how it seems to be alot cleaner and assumed that bodybuilding has gone through a similar change. I don't think it was malicious.

My thoughts on the thread as a whole? It's alright. Pretty cool. I think some stuff is kinda strange though, like how the IFBB pro is saying drugs is #1 while at the same time saying Kai is so huge because of all the food he eats. Seems to me that contradicts the assertion that drugs is the #1 thing. It probably determines who is at the top tier though. I look at it like this - guys in the 70s got huge with just steroids - not insulin or GH. Natural bodybuilders get shredded. So it stands to reason an IFBB pro could get pretty big (maybe not Ronnie Coleman big, but still big) and shredded without the huge cocktail of stuff that guy's saying. Thing is though, a lot is learned by hearsay and tradition/habit. He said himself that even though he researches stuff, he got his stack from a former Mr. O. Obviously though, this is speculation by me since I've never dabbled in muscle-building drugs. The way I see it, I'm just putting two and two together though. For all I know, maybe it really isn't possible for a guy who is only on juice to get big and shredded.
I think it's nice that a pro would open a thread of course. I'm also saddened a bit or disappointed about the part where he says that a lotta top guys basically let Kai know he's an outsider, especially given how nice he is. If he was a jerk, then go for it, but he's not. Maybe they're just put off by his dancing history? I dunno. Kai seems like a genuinely nice person and doesn't deserve that kinda treatment, imo.
Also just wanted to point out something where he says that guys get zero from Flex "just exposure" ...um...ok...same thing as when Joe Weider was in charge. People would complain that they would "only" get exposure and not get paid enough. Thing is, that exposure can do a lot depending on how *you* use it. That exposure basically puts your face all over the world - it LITERALLY makes you world famous. If you can't do anything with that opportunity, that's your own fault, imo.
