Okay I tryed searching for this but i couldn't find what I was looking for...
I would like to know what combinations everyone uses for preworkout supplementation that they make on their own.. I've used several preworkout supplements and some are good and some are just soso, I always find one lacks something and if it doesn't its much to expensive so I'd like to try to make my own.. can someone please let me know what I should do to make this homemade brew. I want the NO pump and the energy(caffein) included.

I usually pop about 4 pills of arginine. its about 10g. and then in my pre workout shake I have 5g glutamine 5g beta alanine, 3g creatine and 1.5 scoops protein powder. Occasionally I will take some sort of free sample of energy booster(caffeine, tyrosine mix.) Beta Alanine is a must and the creatine pre workout is not neccessary, I usually take about 10g post, so the pre workout creatine is just to help prime the system with a little extra before my workout.

I'm planning on making a homebrew Power Drive...so something like this
50mg Vitamin B6
3g L-Tyrosine
1g Phosphatidyl Choline
200mg DMAE Bitartrate

I see a lot of 5g+ of creatine or beta-alanine and stuff... You guys are crazy. That's a lot to take for just pre-workout. Also, creatine is great pre-workout because it will give you ATP for your workout. And any more than 3g+ of BA will suck cuz your body will have a tough time trying to absorb so much at one time. I also cannot drink whey protein pre-workout (2 hours or less) cuz then it causes my digestive system to work too much and I'll get tired during my workout fairly quickly. Anyway, I didn't really give my perfect pre-workout supp... But right now it's SteelEdge, 2g CEE, and 2g BA. I could add some cit. mal... but I'm too lazy since my cit. mal. is already flavored and would ruin the taste of the SE
