    2010gt1's reverse diet thread

    Hey there everyone, I'm just going to post a log everyday for my reverse dieting I have been stuck at 196-198 weight for two months. I'm 6'2 tall by the way. I just made a thread about this as well if you care to look at my posts. I was getting between 1850 and 2200 calories a day, and generally feeling pretty satisfied. I'm aiming to get 2500-2600 per day now. and honestly I feel like its a chore to eat. Im almost getting gerd from shoving so much food down. anyway. I will weigh in once a day and post it on here along with my daily calorie intake. I am eating VERY clean and whole foods. If you want to know what exactly im eating just ask.

    6/23/13- Cals: 2000 weight 198.4

    start of reverse diet:
    6/24/13- Cals: 2580 weight 199.8
    6/25/13- Cals: 2600 weight 200.8

    seeing this 2lb weight gain kinda hurts since I was once 316 lbs. but I know this must be done. so I'm willing to give reverse diet a go! lets do this!

    my macros 50 carb 30 protein 20 fat

    You're going to gain a few pounds initially from raising your calories, the extra food in the GI tract, extra glycogen and water is all it is. Not fat.

    KILLER leg day today 6/27! I had a new personal best on leg extensions and leg press. These extra calories are really being used and abused here. and im loving it. I'm also drinking some coconut milk and added some peanut butter to my diet. I had 70g for fats today, and i even had 200-300 more calories the past 2 days, as I'm finding my metabolism has skyrocketed. macro profile has been looking like this for the past 2 days +/- a few g.......340g carbs, 185g protein 70g fats, I love my carbs. I find the 50 30 20 split I enjoy the most

    6/26/13 calories: 2950.....weight 200.0
    6/27/13 calories: 2703.....weight: 201.6

    that 201.6 was probably again more food in my GI and water retention from all the sodium I had. I actually consumed 350 more calories (I was hungry!) I'm going to stick between 2600-2800 calories for the next 5 days and go from there.

    6/29/13 calories: 2810 weight: 199.6

    Kind of curious and caught my interest today seeing 199 again. I weigh myself every time right after my workout and always have. I did do CARDIO today along with shoulders so it could just be water weight, then again I always sweat a bunch from my pwo just lifting. the real test will be in the next few days. stay tuned if anyone is actually reading this thing lol

    I'm feeling so much stronger in the gym, energy level is insane, going up in weights. good **** so far

    6/30/13 calories: 4200+ weight: 200.6......weigh in was the day of consuming this much. I was with friends and we made pancakes, I estimated at the VERY least it 4200 calories, it could be 500 more. I have no way of knowing. oh well lol I'll call it my refeed haha

    7/1/13: calories: 2900 weight: 201.8....as about expected from all those extra carbs I had the day before

    7/2/13: calories: 3130 weight: 200.8

    I decided to bump up my calories by 200-300 so I'll be intaking around 3100 calories a day for about a week and go from there.

    This reverse diet is awesome so far. loving all the gains in the gym, lifting heavier then ever.

    macros now will be about 380g carb....200g protein, 90g fat
