Wtf is right. The closest thing I've ever heard even remotely similar to that is that casein can be a little difficult on the gut (slow digesting). Protein is not like some bioaccumulative pesticide.

protein powder is powdered food. Chicken breasts aren't going to accumulate in your stomach over time. Use protein powder to help you meet your protein macros. There is no need to cycle protein either, it is a macronutrient, it is meant to be consumed for life.

This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Protein powder is nothing but whey isolate that helps increase muscle and promotes growth. There is nothing bad about that at all. This person has no idea what they are talking about. There is plenty of science that proves protein is good for you.
