Hello! I have bought this kit and my question is whether to dose each product according the instructions - 2 tabs per day of each product. My goal is to increase size,hardness and strength. Training 6 times a week, 8 years experience,31 years old, 80kg. Is it enough to take 2 tabs of 1-ad,4-ad and decavol from AMS? Thanks in advance!
