Gettin juicy w/ White Flood :D

Alrighty then, Big thanks and appreciation to pu12en12g as well as controlled labs. Recently finishing Red Acid Reborn I couldn't be more stoked logging the new white flood Much gratitude for you guys.

Whilst cutting this couldn't be more than a opportune time to start a new prework. I was a avid fan of white flood for a while but its honestly been a year since ive had any. This new version is sickening.

To be short im cutting at the moment to reach 181 for a lifting meet towards the end of summer. As of right now my routine is Push/Pull/Leg cardio Push/Pull/Leg cardio/rest. Routine is a my own version of a power hypertrophy split. First half of the week is heavy low reps being 6-8 Second of half is moderate weight range being 12-15. Will go in more detail throughout the log.

Definitely will post some pics as I go. One of my main goals is to hit a 600pr on deadlift beginning of June. Much more motivated now with some white flood ha.

Ahhh Macros at the moment will be 50f/180c/215p With one refeed day 45f/500c/200p Plan to adjust througout the cut.

Also shout out to Dracoy and RaginAzn!

Much delayed response i do apologize, had a ridiculous weekend my dad is moving to new mexico so of course had to say my goodbyes plus it being mothers day and all.

Being day 5 since starting white flood has been superb. Coming into this I am transitioning from taking presurge by AEN. Which has been a solid product.

The new white flood has been awesome, after a couple of days this stuff has been great. Workouts have been fuking flawless. The energy, focus, and occasional pumps throughout my workouts have been really noticeable. I hit back/bi yesterday and man the pump from doing slow negatives on curls was ridiculous ha.

heres my routine.. rep range is 10-15 being my hypertrophy day and depending on the lift. weight is more at a moderate level knowing that i can hit my desired rep range.
    Pull Ups
    Rack Pulls
    Underhanded Pulldowns
    Barbell Rows
    Hammer Strength Iso-Row
    Reverse Pec Deck Flies
    DB Spider Curls
    EZ Bar Preacher Curls

ahh good question ha, preacher curls for the contraction i suppose doing them with a slow negative help with my peak in my bi. spider curls ill transition with every now and again, doing them at a high rep range definitely get a awesome pump.

Apologize once again with the lack of logging, it has been hell getting free time lately.

So about half way thru the tub. So far no complaints at all.

Taste has really grown on me, has renewed my faith in white flood for sure. Today I switched my workouts in the morning due to my ridiculous schedule. So tried it out fasted and had a superb workout.

Overall this product gets a 9/10.
Mixes great, the effects are much more prominent after a week in. Endurance, pump, and energy have really been noticeable, best part is i get no jittery feel and no crash. I work a 11 hr shift after working out and didn't tire once ha.

Today was upper push. heavy with low reps being 6-8 or 4-5.
    BB Flat Bench Press
    DB Shoulder Press
    DB Inclined Flies
    Dips
    Lying Skullcrushers w/ EZ Bar
    Standing Overhead Rope Extensions
