    No, I prefer walking.

If I were going to work such a machine into my program I would use it a time completely separate from lifting weights or immediately following lifting weights.

We have one. You can do a lot of different things with them, depending on your goals.

If you just want pure high intensity cardio, there is nothing more humbling than 4x500 Meter Rows (5-7 minutes rest between rounds).

You can also do circuits on upper or lower body days. Yesterday, after a lower body day, I did:
    3 rounds:
    500 Meter Row
    10 American KB Swings
    10 Box Jumps (step down)

I actually prefer rowing over running/sprinting because it won't beat you up like running does.

This. Just do 2k after lifting, or 5k on off days.

I use mine all the time. Some of my favorite workouts:

    3200m for time
    500m for time
Tabata Calorie Row- 20s on/10s off for 4 minutes. Keep track of the calories burned and try to beat it each time... my best ever is 82. Have fun.
    100m sprint/10s rest for 10-20mins

I do other stuff, but those are my favorites... because they suck the most.

I will either throw it in at the end of a workout or do it couple hours before.

How expensive was it OP? I've been looking to buy a used one but even those seem to be expensive in my area at least.
