Ephedrine is a terrible thing.... Serious side effects... and very addictive.. (I will not deny its appetite suppressant power but it is bad siht) Personally I do the ECA minus the E. Keeps me awake, motivated, and less hungry.. I have been up for 3.5 hours and yet tol eat anything other then some caffeine pills and an aspirin. Getting hungry now, but might go play basketball before I go get some fried chicken... Protein has the best satiety (ability to keep you feeling full) so I make sure I eat alot, I never miss my protein intake because of this reason. And it makes cutting way easier.

people will tell you oats, veggs or even ephedrine but thats bull****. Everyone is different, my mate would drink a bottle of water and claim that his appetite is destroyed. and even I tried E on my EC cut and didnt feel the AS at all.
its all to will power.... if you want to lose weight and its your goal to look lean then you will know what good and whats bad for you.

I just tried taking Curb an appetite suppressant from VH Nutrition. WOW! I mostly bought it because the ingredients are all of the buzz words like hoodia, african mango, yerba mate, yohimbe... blah blah. Anyways I took it and BAM! also the free shipping was nice.

E doesn't have serious sides for everyone. Like a responsible person you should always start with a small test dose and slowly ramp up to full dosage to ensure no bad sides. If you're that concerned you can talk to your doc before even starting the test dose. It isn't very addictive at all; at least I haven't had any sort of addiction to it so I don't know what you're talking about. I'm running 75mg per day.
You're right, everyone is different. That's why it's not bull**** that "oats, veggs or even ephedrine" can suppress others' appetites, even if it doesn't work for you.
To the OP, I'd say EC has best appetite suppressant qualities. If you don't want to do that then caffeinated beverages (pounding coffee helps me out). Sometimes I'm hungry before the gym and during/after lifting I'm not hungry at all. Cardio usually makes me hungrier unless it's something fun where I'm distracted from my stomach haha, then I can get enough in where I'm not hungry anymore. Pounding water, fibrous veggies, milk, peanut butter...

Hunger.
After a while you become slightly to largely desensitized to it.
Its feeling that you have to take, do, eat something in response to it every time you feel it that breeds failure in the mindset.
My hunger is named petey, I take him for walks at pat his head like a little dog.
Pills do nothing, except stims. If you can only control yourself loaded on stims, what you going to do when you stop taking them?
Learn to eat rationally and make friends with hunger bbThe most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
