Weird that her link worked and your copy of it didn't. It was a great article. Definitely explains the mechanics of why we want to arch. I've been watching more and more Dave Tate videos on benching and I'm surprised at how little I know, and how much I'm learning. Can't wait for I-day, not sure if I want to do it on Thursday or Friday, and if I want to test max squat or just do 365x5. I'm thinking it's been a while since I've done a single, so why not?

Probably could have gotten 415, but I didn't control the descent as much and ended up falling forward just the tiniest bit in the whole, tried to grind it out but I was out of the groove so my BB buddy Colby buddy squatted with me. I feel slightly violated.

Probably could have gotten 265 if I tried it again, but some ******* was rushing me. ******* actually walked up to my bar and started to unload it while I was sitting 2 feet away, between attempts. All of my **** was under it, and logbook was sitting on it, I was like, "uhm, excuse me, I'm in the middle of my workout here." Missed 265 and let him have the bench, asshat does 1 set of 85xWhocares and walks away, never to be seen again. Didn't even deload his bar.
Deadlift

New total is 1,100. 35 pounds on my squat, 9 pounds on my bench, 44lbs on my total in 6.5 weeks. Dat dere TM.

Thank ya. Hard work, good (fat) diet, and at least attempting to get good sleep are really paying off.
PR's for days. Thanks L, I saw in your log about your bench press. Are you finding you need more volume? or more weight?
