8 months lifting 140 - 175

Started off at around 140 pounds at a leanish 170-175 now pics attached cause not 50 posts would appreciate if someone could embed.

chest is weak only doing about 185x 5 however lower body strength is great in my oponion 405 is my deadlift PR and i squat 225 parallel for 8 reps 18 years old btw sorry no before pics i was too embarressed lul

the pics are actually only a few days apart lol i got my idiot friend to take the back picture and i was getting tired of flexing after like 30 seconds of him ****ing around with my phone

also second picture was taken 30 seconds after doing a brutal cable preacher curl dropset so i was pumped up pretty good while the back one is cold

Your chest is better than a non-lifter, I'll give you that LOL

srs though, it's sort of lacking, but to really tell if you made improvements on chest you gotta upload some before pics. Doesn't matter from when, just find some that are as close to your starting date as possible.
