yeah last year I had rehab for right achilles and when i learned of possible rupture i always said i would just do surgery. Now that I am to this unfortunate point I have to think hard. I didn't realize then the cure time and quality of the repair would be equal.
One thing that stuck out is my heal flexibilty will be less cuz they pull the tendon back and when they do this it won't be like the original. If I let it heal on own my heal can flex or stretch better.Instagram= lighteyedhapa

Thanks! I was pleasantly surprised. How do you measure bf? Last time it was with calipers by my trainer friend but I don't feel like bothering him.
I only weigh myself once a week & at the same time. I don't let myself obsess about it otherwise I'll mess up my diet. haha Confession.. I have weighed myself before and after a huge dump. Was pretty epic. :P
I just started using the scale at the gym b/c I noticed the one at home was reading retarded numbers some days. Like I would be 157, step off & then I'd be 10 lbs less when I step back on & repeat until it gets to a lower #. LOL I almost had a heart attack the first time it happened.

LOL..It will clean out your system. Also something to think about. You can also try using a cycle support type of supps. Even though you nor I using the jooce/ph. They still come with general health support and benefits like liver, gut, blood pressure, all kinds of natural ingredients that we don't get enough even when eating veggies/fruits.
I've used one before (again never used a cycle) but to cleanse out my system and overall I felt better about my health/condition. Serious man no homo.
I say this because, IMO pre-workout supps lately has gotten much more potent that they were in the past.CONQUERING BARBELL

I was thinking about trying the "3 Days Hollywood Diet" that they carries at Vitamin Shoppe and I heard they cleanse your system really well and allows you to lose weight cause you crap everything out. LOL Not sure how true is that. I think I will give the Magnum Green a try first.

It's really for people who don't eat enough veggies to be honest.
Too much fiber in your diet can fuk you up too and peeps around you since you'll be farting like crazy.
My rule of thumb...have 1 fruit (typically an apple) and 1 serving of veggies (typically brocolli) per day. Rest of my fiber comes from carb sources like oats, and russet potatos.CONQUERING BARBELL
