I am a person who craves white bread/tortilla, I dont craving ice cream, dont crave cake or fried food, I crave white tortillas.
so at dinner today, my roommate bought a set of 6 white tortillas. He ate 2 and left 4
I managed to add 2 to my macros but at night, i couldnt quit thinking about them... i know i sound crazy... but i got up i made Hummus tortilla (400 cals each) then i couldnt stop thinking about the last one....
ended up making a peanut butter/nutella tortilla (570 cals)
NOW should i go, stick a finger in my mouth and throw up or live with mistake forever? or at least for the next month.

Man, you have nothing to worry about. I'm not sure what your body fat percentage is, but if it's above 20% I suggest having these refeed days once a month where you eat at, or slightly above maintenance. If you're below 20%, you can have these refeeds once every 2-3 weeks.
Remember, you can eat anything if it fits your macros and calories.

If you're seriously consider purging to remove that feeling, then you should really consider seeing a medical professional. Otherwise, if you're just annoyed at yourself, it's no big deal.
I ONLY track macros over a WEEKLY level. Obviously: I have daily caloric targets, but I only consider my WEEKLY macros as my progress.
Tortillas are best with grilled chicken: VERY easy to fit into the macros.

If messing up was this easy no one would be jacked, or ever lose weight... Major over-reaction OP.

You don't sound crazy at all but it seems that you suffer from a simple eating disorder. For example a common person instead of thinking to punish himself would think "no problem i have as many days as i want in front of me to lose those 500-1000 calories, i ll take it slowly"
Just speak with a professional specialized in eating disorders, after a few months when you see things from a different perspective you will go back and read this post and find it amusing that the biochemistry of your brain made you think this way.

I love posted stuff like this people freak out over small amount (1k calories over daily goal when they are eating at a 500 calorie deficit and if they eat right the next day they maintain for 2 days) when in reality it truly takes consistent eating excess to gain tons of weight as your post proves. Move forward and you'll be fine. I like the quote in your sig as a former 300lber myself it rings true.

I understand a little cheating on your diet by having a few bites of something, but making your own Resee's peanut butter tacos out of nutella, chocolate, and tortillas and then eating it right before bed is something else entirely....
PS: Don't be lazy and throw up. Just do an hour on the elliptical tomorrow.RIP Matthew Shepard--gone but NEVER forgotten!

lol at this thread. Get some common sense OP. Calorie deficit is not based on a day. Worry about it weekly.
Example:
Overeat by 1000 cals on Monday
Eat 1000 calories less on Tuesday, unless you are already eating a low amount like 1500 a day in which case you let it go and move on.http://www.iifym.com/tdee-calculator

Sounds like you both have an eating disorder and might be working on some kind of diabetes since you crave sweets so bad. If tortillas are really such an issue buy the high fiber ones that make you take a giant poop the next day, and put lower calorie things in them. Or just eat the junk you like and work it off on the bike/running/elliptical.
