I am done with my mini bulk, now my top goal is to cut, cut all those fat and get around 10% bf from 20%.
I workout 4 times a week
1- chest/tri
2- bi/bacl
3- traps/shoulders/ calves
4- legs
I will try to cycle (cardio) everytime i got some free time.
Diet:
400-500 bellow ment.
around 1g of protein per body lb (155g )
Low carb on rest days for sure, around 150ish still not sure tho
around 50g of healthy fats (ovaa/natty pb)
I dont have a dead line yet cause this is my first ever serious cut, I'll cut till I am happy with my body.
