Kai Greene is ushering in a new age to the posing dais. In my search to find inspiration for my own routine I remembered his excellent routine to "Dirty Diana" from one of this year's shows broadcast on bb.com.
Here's the best damn routine I have EVER witnessed!
For those of you new to this, what makes this routine so spectacular is the fluidity, grace, sensuality, and originality.
Before you start hatin' on Kai for his other choices in life, I ask you to keep this thread about the routine and his presentation.
Enjoy!!!

You can neg me i suppose. It has nothing to do with his personal life, it's simple, thats the background on my comp so when i saw this it popped right in my head. If you are telling me this guy in a dark platform like your video shows and that pic aren't similar you are kidding yourself.
Also i know the guidelines, and i do post in a respectful manner. I don't have to make posts that always add valid information to posts, because the rule isn't i have to constantly act mature. If you think the ov35 is always mature you are kidding yourself.
My post had to do with his presentation in some way, and nothing to do with his life. So i am in your guidelines, change your post to say "say something nice or i'll neg you" if thats what you ment.Figure It Out

Yes and I was blown away when I saw it.
Cool. Yes, I agree. He has an amazing physique. It is more like the old days, and nothing like the bloated look of today. Although, there are some pros today that do not have distended stomachs, like the up and coming Dennis Wolf.Helping one person may not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.

Couldn't agree more B! While different, I used his routine as inspiration. Moreover, by routine time, the placings have already been decided. In most, if not all, organizations they state in the rules that the posing routine doesn't count in the scoring, so the routines are more for entertainment purposes, i.e., for the audience and competitors to enjoy.

not to nitpick but i'd give him 8/10 ...
didn't like the lip-synching ... the pony-tail distracts from
his back poses, he should hold the poses longer, and the
head stand puts him on the shortlist for Chippendales ...
otherwise he could be the best i've seen ... just cut out the
distracting stuff and concentrate on the positive stuff.

You take the website for example youtube and then you take the video code (found at the end of its original link)
[youtube] eBGIQ7ZuuiU [/yootube]
i misspelled yootube the second time. if it were correct it would be embedded.
another tip if you quote someones post, it will show you the text of whatever script they use. So you can see what they did to get an effect.Figure It Out

Kai's pretty cool. I read an article about his posing not long ago in MD. Good stuff. Thanks for posting this Brian.

I liked it. Liked both videos. After all the contest is over in the prejudging. These evening posing shows are for the audience. Everything evolves...including bodybuilding. Why not get funky and fun. We all take ourselves way too serious.
Now for Old Superman. Where has he gone? I read where he was bulking up for next years Nationals. Did he get so big he popped?
