I am going to give 6-oxo a try as a stand alone test booster. I was thinking about doing a cylce which looks like 500mg for 3 weeks followed by 3 weeks of 300mg. PA suggests longer cycles (6-12 weeks) when used as a stand alone product. I think I saw that it is recommedned to slowly cycle off it as well. If this is true, should I then cycle down to 100mg for a week at the end? Any input?
(I am 23 5'10 185, lifting seriously for 4-5 years competing for 1, lifetime natural)

Watch out 6-OXO can make you depressed. Don't worry too much the depression subsides when you stop.

Do you know from personal experience? Could it have to do with coming off a ph cycle?

Yes from experience. No I really do not think it was b/c I was coming of of a cycle. Oh yeah, I like the product. It's just something you might have to deal with.Originally posted by dam225

I'm using it post cycle, at 600 mgs daily, and I feel like crying all the time. It's so annoying. Mood swings, whew!

I'm not sure if it is the 6-oxo that causes the depression or the fluctuating hormone leaves when coming off a cycle.

How do you combat the depression/mood swing? Has to do with the hormone change. I know women use various things including evening primose oil to battle PMS. Wouldn't it be funny if you were to go and ask the drug store for something that you can take to combat PMS for YOU and not your wife. LOL.
