Hot wings with extra blue cheese dressing. though little, those things are very very full of fat and calories (weight watchers marks one hotwing as 3 points! [~10% of points for the day], gf is on that program).
Hot wings are good, though I get frank's redhot sauce to get a semi fix with my tuna and spicy mustard sandwiches by putting it on top. Not the same, yet eat for the body not for the tongue.Rippetoe Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=1033961

That Ice Cream Topping stuff that turns to a hard shell. I don't think they even sell it anymore it was so bad.
Like 220 calories of sugar and fat in a tbsp... main ingried. Hydrogenated Coconut Oil
Anyone remeber that stuff, on my 12th birthday I ate like a half bottle of it."Stimulate, don't Annihilate."

the worst thing to eat is subway if you think that the cals, fat, carbs are all including a footlong, with cheese and the works. the 5g of fat they all brag about is a 6inch piece of $h** with nothing on it and many people will go all out and eat the footlong everyday. if your smart about it, then its fine

Actually I dont believe it, I know it does, I lost 50 pounds by doing this for wrestling, I had my diet written out for me by a nutritionist, this is done by many college wrestlers, It does work whether your pathetic mind can comprehend the idea or not, I'm sorry tho bro I'm sure your just some puny kid kicking it behind his computer screen, I didnt come on here to start some bullsh!t with anyone I was simply offering what has worked for me and what has been prescribed time and time again, but logically please tell me since your so smart and all, how this would not work....I'd like to here this. Also bro a small meal to me is classified as a tuna sandwich on wheat bread an orange and 8 ounces of water.
