Either go HAM with it on a refeed, or just incorporate it into your macros. Unless you're on low carbs this should be easy to do with just milk. If you want to get some protein in there, I've done it with a scoop of whey, tastes good.
Lucky bastard. I'm trying out 2700 a day.

Just bought some pretty hnng stuff yesterday called touch of yoghurt its 140cals for 100g. Can easily have a massive serving at 150g so comes to about 200cals and 30ish grams of carbs so quite easy to fit in.
Mad jelly of ameri brahs that can get that attic zero ice cream it's like 150 cals or something for a pint.

okay, officially going back to IF + IIFYM. mainly the IF part because I stopped doing it and I keep eating way too many cals in the morning. Leaving me butt phucked when i get back from the gym. brb going to sleep full as hell with the correct macros+cal intake feelsgoodman

in on 100+pages (50). 156 pounds atm, just planned a refeed for 2moro then got a msg saying we're celebrating pancake day 2moro. Since it will be a fair few of us, counting calories is going to be hard. I think I'll just have a protein shake and chicken then freestyle the pancakes. no idea what sort of macros they'll be but leaving about 1.2k calories should be fine for it i think? ;/

193.8 today. Pretty excited to see 180's in a couple weeks. Starting a 5 day carb cycle that I made based on a Robbie S. contest prep log. My calories aren't as high, obviously, but I set up a spreadsheet that adjusts the carbs based on your desired weekly average cautious. We'll see how it goes.

Lol, do this every day. End up eating 600-800 calories before noon, then saving the rest for right after my workout (another 800-1000).
I upped my fat by a decent amount and ended up hitting some big PRs in my last few workouts so I think that's something I need to change, was doing 40/40/20 before but now thinking I'll do .4g of fat/lb BW like I've seen recommended.
Also, now that I'm really able to control my calories day to day I'm thinking about doing the lean gains bulking style after I loose a bit more fat. I've seen a link thrown around that helps you calculate your macros for workout vs rest days. Anyone able to hook me up with that link?Eat Right. Lift Heavy. Be a Fat Manlet.
