Initial Taste Review
I was reading the bottle and it said on your off day you can take 1 scoop, so I did
Taste: 10/10 The title of Red Raspberrywas right on. Not too strong, not too sweet. Right inbetween. I've had some pretty strong tasting pre workouts(For example GNC's AMP orange flavor-omg worst tasting pre of my life) but this one is easy to get down.
Mixibility: 10/10 Mixed mine with a butter knife in a cup. No chunks, no grit, even at the bottom of the cup.
Effectiveness: Unknown I just took it about 5 min ago and got the slight tingle/itch in my face. That to me is a good sign. Guess we'll have to see how it works tomorrow! Planning on taking 2 scoops. The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

side effect note!
Not necessarily bad, because every pre workout that works does this, but about 15 min later had to go to the bathroom that is all.The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

New Diet Plan
Ok so I was on a 2500 cal diet for 3 days, then 3000 cal diet for 1 day, and repeated the cycle. (I have a diet coach this time around)
I was at 175 protein, 350 carbs, dont remember fat
Now its like this for just 1 week:
4000 cals
80 fat
210 protein
620 carbs<---Holy crap I'm gonna blow up like a balloon this week
I dropped 7lbs in 3 weeks off of the other diet plan and He's doing this to 1. confuse the hell out of my body and 2. I'm still 17 weeks out from my show so we have some play time. He's experimenting with my body to see how it reacts with different diet plans. The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity
