Agree, I see it in your lats for sure and a little in your chest (although it might be pump??) Good progress tho! Most importantly, you seem to have your kcals nailed down because I don't see much of an increase in fat, although that shadow is fking with your mid-section...

With all due respect, it's really hard to take anyone seriously who equates ~50 calories a day burned with thermogenics to surgery or cell tech...
You should spend less time fantasizing about juice and more time learning about things that you unknowingly are coming into contact with every day. The large majority of thermos only contain herbal ingredients.
If you consume food, you're at some point consuming natural stimulants. And yes, it really is only like 50 calories extra youd burn with a thermo.1175 @172

Looking good Znik.
I came to the realisation of just how big my appetite was before starting to lose weight yesterday. I went out for a meal that I could have eaten two of before and really struggled, I guess my stomach has shrunk. Puts things in to perspective really.R.I.P urukhai29, sentinel3, AncientYouth.

With the offense you took to my feelings, it's obvious you use them. I don't think it makes sense to not take me seriously because I compare one artificial means to another, despite its comparatively dimunitive effect. Admittedly, they are dissimilar in so many ways; however, in the area of interest, they are similar in that both are artificial means of getting results that can be gained naturally.
But that is interesting; I had no idea that they had that small of an effect. I also thought that most used ephedrine and caffeine, not "natural herbs". While it is true that we all ingest stimulants, there is a difference between ingesting them incidentally and consuming them with the sole purpose of weight loss. But I have unique takes on things; I'm also morally opposed to diet soda, haha. I am a big fan of sugary beverages and I think you should go ahead and pay for your enjoyment. With thermogenics burning 50cal, I would much rather eat 50cal less (but I understand that it would be even better to eat 50 less and do them, etc).

serp fun fact #23:
i once drank a 16oz cup of coffee creamer thinking it was hazelnut iced coffee
serp fun fact#31:
when i was 20, i would eat each part of my food half an hour apart under the assumption it would make me lose fat. typical lunch: cheetos, hot pocket, 64oz pepsi. There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Long sleeve always in winter with wool coat, scarf, & gloves & on the <20 degree days my toes are frozen & my fingers are usually white & numb by the time I get to work if I had to scrape ice off the windows.
Fricken sucks man.
Can't handle the cold anymore.
When I was fat: polo's, spring jacket (unless it was really cold), gloves only if I had to scrape ice & i'd do it in shorts while the car warmed up. Toe's & fingers, not a worry.

This is for Serp.
Edit: This goes for tools as well, who the f*ck would use a 5/16 or a 9/32. Bro, just tell me the size of the f*cking socket like 6mm, 8mm, 9mm, 15mm etc.
But even Serp hates mm for sockets and wrenches and makes it seem like it's stupid when it's the best way.
Serp, do you even consistency? The only thing I agree with is Stones are extremely stupid.Last edited by moore93; 01-29-2013 at 09:10 AM.

Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.
