First of all, thank you to SAN and to Poison, D3Baseball, and Allieninja for giving me this opportunity to log their new version of Launch 4350
I will be using Launch 4350 as my sole pre-workout for the next 45 workouts and will be dosing it at 1 scoop max. This is supposed to be one of the stronger pre-workouts out there so this should be a fun ride.

Tuesday - Chest/Triceps
Wednesday or Thursday - Legs
Saturday - Shoulders
Sunday - Back
Other supplements I will be taking:
SAN's iBCAA MAX
AI Sports' RecoverPro

Initial Impressions:
Initial Impressions:
Taste:
9/10
For a preworkout, Launch taste's pretty good. It's not as good as Fierce Domination but still pretty tasty. It kinda reminded me of my younger days when my Mom used to mix my medicine together with my Tang. It made the medicine tolerable, but it still tasted like medicine. For a pre-workout though, and I've had a lot of them, only Fierce Domination and SuperCharge Xtreme are better tasting.
Mixability:
10/10
Mixed perfectly in 8 oz water with no problem
Effects
9/10
Launch really got me going and it got me going quick. 5 minutes after taking it I was ready to go. The focus and energy Launch gave me enabled me to add reps and weights to my lifts. DS Craze has been a favorite of mine for focus since I first tried it. I think Launch just might equal it. Pumps were pretty good too but not as good and not as long lasting as Fierce Domination. Maybe I can combine them together?

One of my goals is to one arm db bench 100+ by September. I think I might just reach that before this log is over. Wooohooo!!!

Launch 4350 Day 2: Legs
The above quote is for comparison to today's workout. This was my last legs workout from a log I did for ANS Performance Dilate, which I finished last Sunday.
Awesome workout today!! A good night's sleep plus Launch makes for a great workout!! Amazing focus, clean and jitter-free energy, plus the incredible endurance I got from Launch made for an excellent workout.
One of my goals for this year is to deadlift 300 lbs, and I did it today!! WOOHOO!!! This might not be a lot to some but this is a big deal to me. I'm already close to 40 and I've injured my back 3-4 times in the last 3 years, either from working out, shoveling snow, or just moving furniture around the house. Thanks to the video below, I've been able to strengthen my back and be injury free for the last few months.
I know it was foolish to increase my deadlift by 75 lbs, but I was so dialed in to what I was doing I really felt like I could do more, and I did. I even felt like I could do a couple more extra reps but decided against it. It's gonna be baby steps from now on, promise.

The above quote is again for comparison to today's workout. This was my last shoulder workout from a log I did for ANS Performance Dilate, which I finished last Sunday.
Another GREAT workout!! Was pretty much able to add reps or lbs to all my lifts. Focus was again A+. Still doing just one scoop of Launch. I don't think I'll ever go beyond that.

Lol @ Tabata's after leg day. What's your Tabata score after working legs? If you don't know, your score is the lowest number of squats performed in any 20sec Tabata set. If you choke at 9 on your last set, that's your score.
Just curious.~ Roast Master, Resident Coffee Warlock~

Launch 4350 Day 4: Back/Biceps
For Back/Biceps, I follow a high rep/low weight, med reps/med weight, and low reps/high weight scheme, but only for the chin ups. I do high reps/low weight 2 back/biceps workouts in a row, then switch to med rep/med weight for 1 workout, then low rep/high weight for 1 workout. Then back to high reps/low weight to repeat the cycle.
I did med rep/med weight today and had another great workout!! Really liking Launch a lot. Focus and energy were great, as well as the endurance, despite lacking sleep . Added sets to my chin ups, from 3 sets to 5. Loving the gradual increase in strenght and endurance I'm having. The pumps were good as well but definitely could be improved upon.
Is it okay if I add l-citrulline and/or agmatine to Launch to see if I get better pumps?
Really looking forward to next week when I go heavy and strap on a 45 lbs plate while doing chin ups. I can only do 3 max. Hope I can do more.
Chin Ups
6r 27.5w +1 rep
5r 27.5w
5r 27.5w
5r 27.5w +1 set
4r 27.5w +1 set

Bowflex Rows Drop Set to Failure

I'm not against this in principle, but either do it sporadically or wait until you're around halfway finished -- our principal objective is to see what you think of Launch by itself. Once you have that pretty clear in your mind, I don't mind some playing around with stacking to see what other ways the product can shine.
However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results - Dr. John Berardi
