I hear that.
Lots of guys I see at my gym that show up early every day just like me; they're consistent but they don't accomplish jack 5h1t, IMHO.
Half reps; too much ab/bicep work, to much wandering around, not enough sweating due to seriously hard work....the list goes on.Insta: flexjs

I really wish I had a training partner again. I got spoiled and had one for a year till I moved to Moncton. Any takers??
I feel like my strength is good right now and I'm happy with that, but I'm lacking a little bit of motivation.Bench Max: 380 lbs

Sorry I'm kinda scatterbrained from being on the computer for so long. I should have mentioned foam rolling is good for a lot of purposes but specifically for increasing mobility I think it's useful to do some to loosen things up right before other stretches/exercises. I can take my stretches further that way.
