Probably exactly the same as yours, maybe slightly less. 120x2 and 112.5x5 were last squat workouts. Should be hitting 120x3 tomorrow morning. I'm gonna start squatting twice a week once exams are over too. I'm **** at repping though, definitely got 130x1 in me.
Will race to 160 but I have a feeling you'll get there before me unless I get my diet on point.
I thought you said race to 1 plate press? If you've already got 60x3, mirin' hard nearly bodyweight military press. Got a ****load more weight underneath so I never have that problem of locking out nearly bodyweight overhead. Even 62.5kg felt light as ****.

You need some geography lessons, son. Before you referred to the "Middle East" as the "worst place on the planet" and now you are saying that the UAE is a "nice place". Pakistan and India are technically located in South East Asia and not in the Middle East. Strong education.
Hahaha!
Get leaner. Attain 150kg bench (currently 120kg - only recently started BB flat bench after using DBs before), 45kg DB shoulder press for reps and hope that I can start squatting heavy without reinjuring my back.
Might post some lifting vids in about two or three weeks when I train with my bro since I've never posted vids before.Misc Number 1. Boxing Analyst and Pundit

I won't be progressing for at least a month.
I went a little too #yolo on NYE and haven't been to the gym since I hit that 180 x 3 again.
I'm down to 140lb and look so flat I could cry.
But I am in for any race! Would be nice to have something to work towards. But I'm far from light years, I am doing 60kg squats tomorrow and I will probably struggle (srs) havent squatted since... damn I think as far back as summer 2012.

In. Mostly because I'll be depressed at how much weight I'm gaining so quickly.
Said he wouldn't go full dreamer. Went full dreamer.
Trololololol
I should be 220lbs by the end of 2013 though without going too dreamer. That's about 1kg a month gain. I can deal with that.***70's Diet Crew***

5/3/1 template begins on Monday, should be interesting.....
95 kg bench for 5+ reps to start it seems. CBA doing the deload **** though, going to skip that for at least the first 2 cycles.

Fair, I feel like I could defiantly do with the deload.
Starts today, still have to yet figure out how to approach the accessory work.
- I figured to just use lower weight and drop off some sets/reps.
Like yesterday DB Press was
26kg 10 x 8 x 7 x 7
So on the deload I was going to do something like
22kg 4x8☆☆☆υк яєω☆☆☆

Not far off at that time. I made sure all training lifts were done with zero psyche-up to save something for the day.
I found that in previous comps I had not done enough heavy single work to cope with the attempts. Working heavy like this if done sensibly made me a more consistent lifter. Just have to make sure not to burn out while doing it. Stuff like Sheiko which rapidly improves work capacity was required for me to build in to something like this, without It would have been counter productive.
