hey peeps, ok i work out 3 times a week. I eat healthy and have a protein shake everyday and i always make sure im getting in carbs and proteins. But i want to start getting more serious in my working out like calorie counting and such. So how many calories should i be eating per day? grams of protein? Carbs? also any foods you guys can recommend that are good sources of protein, carbs and other essential nutrients
..also are your thoughts on mass gainers?

my thoughts on mass gainers is that they're a waste of money i would only use them if you have say a really tight class schedule and arent comfortable(or allowed) to eat during class.http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/lean...on-secrets.htm eat your heart out, do NOT stress over #3, at least not until you really get some experience
