Everyone knows that wasn't the every day, slurring speech, wobbling around lost on stage Dementia Joe.
What drugs did they feed him to get him through that thing? It's beyond obvious he had help, but what was it?

-Piracetam and multiple compound derivatives (noopept is VERY popular, see also phenylpiracetam and others) are good for verbal fluency. I know firsthand. I used to give 40-60 presentations and a few times I had schit sleep (0-4 hours) I took them and words just flowed out. Normally if you're on 0-2 hours of sleep your verbal recall is junk, but those will put you at baseline. They're subtle yet very powerful.
-Dihexa, a powerful drug for memory impairment.

-Modafinil or similar compound. Come on, it's the ballz, you know.
-Aduhelm, the very expensive FDA drug specifically for dementia.
I could make another dozen list of possibilities, but those are at the top. If you took all 4 from the outside you'd just seem like a guy who had an extra shot of espresso in his coffee but they're VERY powerful and even combined will only put your pulse 10-20% above baseline.Light weight! Low info normies ITT.
The speech didn't even happen. It was all AI generated.
Who here knows someone who was at it? Anybody? Nobody?
Exactly.
Never happened.
Did you dweebs not notice that "Biden" sometimes had 6, or 4 fingers?
Of course you didn't, because you don't pay attention.
Just lol at "drugs" being the explanation. This is the current century FFS. Wake up.GO LOCAL SPORTSBALL TEAM

They literally had him on an IV drip the whole time. My guess is painkillers and some kind of powerful stimulant
Surprised it’s not being talked about more. The IV stand/pole/bag was behind him so you couldn’t see it, but sometimes he moved a little to the side and you could see it, but you had to see the right stream. If you watched it on cable, the major networks cut to a different camera so you wouldn’t see it. But if you find an unedited video on YouTube you’ll see it. Not srs on any of this lolBest lifts:

A psychiatrist who has worked with elderly dementia patients said President Biden exhibited signs of stimulant use to mask cognitive decline in his amped-up, aggressive State of the Union speech on Thursday.
Mr. Biden, 81, often raced through his remarks with the speed of an auctioneer, loudly shouting his words despite having a microphone in front of him.
Speed and volume of speech can be a sign of using ******** or another amphetamine, said Dr. Carole Lieberman, a forensic psychiatrist based in Beverly Hills, California.

here you go you literal piece of human excrement:
“If you look at how Joe Biden usually is — slow and stumbling — compared to how he was during the State of the Union — fiery and angry — these are signs that are typical for someone taking ******** or any amphetamine,” she said.
Dr. Lieberman, who has not personally examined the president, said the signs of potential pharmaceutical use go beyond how Mr. Biden spoke during the nearly 90-minute speech, but also in his mannerisms.
For example, Mr. Biden typically rests his hands on the podium while delivering a speech from the teleprompter. During the State of the Union, he frequently gestured and moved with his hands at a rapid rate, she said.
At various points, Mr. Biden appeared to slur some of his words. That’s not new for the president, who sometimes slurs his words when he gets excited, but Dr. Lieberman said the speed in which he slurred suggested he was “psychopharmacology helped.”

No winged narrative. The entire planet points out and mocks Biden's inability to speak. Everyone across the planet except a scant few copium addicts in the US know he has dementia.
His being on a couple of drugs was obvious to anyone that's spent time around people on them. No need for harsh stuff, substances one can easily get prescription for and stuff that's OTC.Light weight! Light weight baby!!!!
