Oregon deems Measure 114 Unconstitutional!

Cliffs:
-A year ago Oregon had a measure on the ballot for gun control
-No magazines over 10 rounds, need to take all sorts of safety and training courses to buy any type of gun
-Permits are issued by the state police, and (I believe) they tried to rescind "Shall issue" and leave it up to the defunded police to figure things out how to train people and how to decide who gets a gun and who shouldn't
-Measure passed with a very, very slight margin
-Was immediately contested and a judge in a conservative county put a hold on it
-It was just officially struck down today
-Limpdick libs immediately announcing plans to appeal



So yeah that king judge in Harney County Judge Raschio did away with that dumb**** piece of legislation. It passed by barely 1% of the popular vote, utilized fear tactics and was deliberately misleading as a gun control initiative. Big shocker there.

all those thousands of dollars I spent this last year since the measure passed (and was almost immediately put on hold) was all for nothing! Gun sales were pretty fcking crazy for awhile around here.
