    What are common side effects of weight loss?

    Is being miserable and craving different kinds of food all the time a common side effect. I also find that I smoke more since I started cutting my calories.

    you can eat whatever foods you want you just need to eat less of em so that your weekly calorie consumption is less than the calories you burn. Smoking wise you need willpower to just not do it.

    Possibly, if you are severely under eating or eating a very repetitive, bland diet.

    What is your age, height, weight? How many calories a day are you eating.
