    Intermittent Fasting Schedule On an 8-5 shift

    Hey friends,

    I currently am looking into starting up some intermittent fasting. The problem I've hit is that I don't know WHEN to do it.

    I work a 8-5 job. Takes me about an hour to get to work in the morning and an hour to get home. Eating at work (other than at lunch (12pm)) isn't ideal. Going to the gym in the morning before work really isn't an option as there is no gym around me open that early and would allow enough time for me to get home, show, change, and head to work. I get to the gym around 6-630pm and then head home for a post workout meal. Is there any way I could fit intermittent fasting in this schedule? Maybe not eat at work at all and just eat after the gym? I feel like that won't leave me enough time in the day to have enough food. I would have to stay up till midnight shoveling food down.

    I really want to start this up as I think it will help a ton and push me to the next level.
