    Pre workouts and acne version 2

    Hey guys,

    I previously made this thread a while ago and had a great response from people (thankyou all). I finished a course of accutane around new years and enjoyed the blissful period of about 3 months after with not a single fking pimple. I sampled many pre workouts during this three month period with everything else in my diet staying consistent.

    However, I think my skin has returned to 'normal' (what I would consider normal) post 'tane now, and since I started my latest pre workout (Pulse V4, myprotein) last week, it looks like someone has been playing darts with my face and neck. Anyone got any ideas what it is making me break out? I'm sure it must be something in the pre workout yet there doesn't seem to be any one ingredient on paper that I can say I suspect I'm sensitive to.

    Caffiene

    Not sure if you will see this since it's so old, but figured anyone else googling it could use it. It's the Caffiene that does it. If I have too much coffee I get horrible acne. Other than quitting it, I can't find a solution. Hence why I'm googling acne and pre work out
