16 Week Cut Results (daily picture video)

Hey everyone,

I made a video from the results of my cut, which lasted from january till the end of april!

Started at 15% bodyfat, 195lbs,
Ended at 8% bodyfat, 170lbs.

I went from eating 3600 calories, to 3100 calories and slowly decreasing calories by 100 with each weight-loss plateau i stumbled upon. Ended at 2300!

Yeah it feels great to shed down all the fat i put on while bulking, was aiming for a lean bulk but let myself go at the last month hehe

if you do a cut you dont lose only fat but also water and glycogen weight and some muscle especially below 10% bf.

I am 6'1, My arms measured 16 inches at the end of my cut, same as when i was at the peak of my bulk

I follow Flexible Dieting

Workout routine is Push, Pull, Legs, Push. I follow 5x5 for every compound, first Push day is flat bench based and second push day is OHP based.

I don't really have a clue if i lost any size anywhere, i took pictures weekly in order to keep an eye on fat loss and size loss but have not noticed anything particular. Ofcourse some glycogen depletion but that's refilled easily.

At the end of my bulk i was at 3600 calories, i dropped it to 3100 which turned out to be my maintenance. from there i dropped 100 calories at every weight loss plateau. The lowest i got to was 2300!
