I would like to welcome everyone in my log, where I will be logging Flex Freak from PharmaFreak being taken along with Cissus from SD Pharmaceuticals.
Big thanks to TeamBarbarian for hooking me up with these.
First couple things about me.
29 yr old
6'1
233 lbs
Current training goal: fat loss
Diet :
IIFYM
250 g protein
50 g fat
400 g carbs
Refeed every 7 days
150 g protein
50 g fat
637 g carbs
What do I expect from Flex Freak and Cissus:
Eating 50g of fat is really low for me. And unfortunately I can fell in knees and elbows. The fact that my workout plan has me doing every body part twice a week ( one compound session and one isolation session) is not helping either. I am really thinking about increasing my fat intake, but I am gonna give it a go with this stack and see if it helps the first week. If not gonna increase them a little bit.
How will I be taking them:
I will be taking 3 pills of Cissus and 1 serving of Flex Freak each day with my breakfast.
Gonna try to update my log every day with my workouts, how am I feeling etc.
If you guys have any questions, feel free to ask.

Awesome start! I just finished logging those and absolutely loved them. I am sure you will too. What program are you running? I use PHAT and hit everything twice a week too. Joint supps are almost required especially while cutting.
If you can rely on your ability, you don't have to worry about reliability.

This is an awesome stack I just wrapped up cissus not long ago and currently using Flex Freak, equally love both. I plan to reup on both later on too. literally feel yrs younger after all the volume, prior injuries ive put myself through. Could just wonder what Flex and Cissus be stacked when stacked together.

I am running Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Shred with some changes and added fst7 here and there. I will usually start with an Fst7 and go with 2 exercises with recommended number of reps. I also don't do any cardio acceleration at the moment. All weight I am losing is coming from my diet alone. Once I hit a roadblock I will either take some calories away or add some form of cardio. So far I am losing about 1 lbs a week. So there is no need for it. Sure I am always heavier the next day following refeed day, but I do feel like it helps a lot.
Yesterday I did chest here is what it looked like
1. Machine press fst7
6-8 rep
2. Flat bb press
3x 2-5
3. Decline dB flyes
3x 2-5
4. Cable cross
3x5
5. Triceps pushdowns
Fst7 6-8
6. Skull crashers
3x 2-5
7. Overhead dB
3x 2-5
8. Bb shrugs
5x 6-8
I will admit I don't like going fewer than 5 reps. I feel like only thing I get from it is joint pain. So I practically newer went below 5. Also every exercise is finished with double drop set.
Also taking both Flex Freak and Cissus for 2 days now. All I can say do far is I have no digestive issue nor any problems with pills size and how easy it is to swallow them.
Gonna report later.
Hope it gives me just as great results as you guys get.Instagram : najgorszy_trener

I loved the shortcut to shred program. I ran that 2 summers ago leading up to my wedding and it was the leanest I have ever been. I have used the cardio acceleration I learned from that since while cutting. I have been using PHAT for a long time, maybe I need to do the 6 week shortcut to shred again here soon to keep things fresh. I hear you on the 2-5 reps...I don't feel like 2-3 reps does much for me, but who knows. I tend to always go for the upper rep range unless I am focusing on progressive overload, which is usually while bulking. I try not to max myself out on a cut.
Keep it up man!!If you can rely on your ability, you don't have to worry about reliability.

Those low rep ranges are not for us I guess.
Anyway it has been couple days and my knees still hurt as much as they did before. However my shoulders and right elbow seem a little improved. Especially the elbow as it was giving me a hard time while turning my wrist outside while performing dB curls. Don't get me wrong the pain is still there just a lot less than It was.
This is actually my last 2 days on STS. Gonna go probably with a custom plan starting on Friday. So far weight keep dropping at around 1 lbs so diet and lack of cardio stay untouched.Instagram : najgorszy_trener

Today I had my last workout using modified Shortcut to shred program.
As you gonna see below it was a pumping session. With rep range being 21-30 and breaks lasted between 30-60 sec.
I started with an exercise I rarely do, which is standing military dB press. I rarely use it, because I get discomfort in my lower back in the top part of the movement. I decided to use to try if Cissus along with Flex Freak make it any easier, plus with rep range so high I didn't have to use heavy dB. Overall the exercise went well and I didn't experience much of a discomfort. Only on the rest pause set I did feel some, however overall I was really happy with it.
Here is the recap
1. Standing dB military press
4 x 21-30
2. Side l with chains
3x 21-30
3. Side l with dB
3x 21-30
4. Rare l with db FST7
7x 6-8
5. BB shrugs
5 x 21-30
Gonna see how it goes later. I have already set a new plan for the next 8 weeks. Plenty of volume there. Will be a good test to this stack.Instagram : najgorszy_trener

Started to really feel the difference. Did plenty of volume this last couple days with rep range at 6-8, short rest periods and both my elbows and shoulders didn't give me much trouble. Still some pain in my knees, but gonna keep looking at it as we go along.
Worth mentioning is the fact that my warm-ups are much better. I don't feel so stiff starting with some warmup movements as I did before. Defiantly whole body feels much more oiled up so to speak.
There is still issue of cracking in my shoulders especially. It hasn't gone away so far. Gonna see how it is gonna look later.
Here is my last chest workout
1. Cable cross
Fst7 12-15
2. Incline db press
3 x 6-8
3. Machine press
3x 6-8
4. Decline flyes
3x 6-8
All except for Fst7 were finished with a double drop set on the last set.
5. Pushdowns
3x 10+10+10
6. French press Incline bench with dbs
3x 6-8
7. Bb shrugs
5x 15-20Instagram : najgorszy_trener

Subbed! I'm interested to see the stacking recovery effects of these two great products! I'm only taking the Cissus without flex; I'm only one week in, but man, what a difference it's given me so far especially during my two previous workouts.

I have tak n both cissus and Flex Freak separately as well. From my experience cissus helped more with joints feeling oiled up better, while Flex Freak did more for the lack of pain and no clicking in my joints. That's just how it made me feel. Looking best of both worlds here with this stack

Had a solid back and bicep session the other day. Even though I went really heavy on my first exercise as fst7 my lower back felt fine afterwards. I did however do 4 warmup set, before the working 7 sets. Let me just tell you 7 sets of dB rows can take its toll on your lower back, however I felt just fine. Followed that with other exercises and felt great. Awesome pump through entire workout, although won't be obviously covering that in this log.
Definitely feeling the effects of this stack. Hard to tell if better than running just Flex Freak by itself. But I guess so. So far so good. Will only get better for sure.

Had a solid shoulder workout, where my joints did seem to give me any issues at all. Did military presses both standing as well as seating. Fst7 performing seating dB side l. Although I did feel pretty stiff early on. Started with side l, but had to do like 4 warm ups sets to really warm up the joints.
Overall an all around great workout. Felt strong, warmed up with great mind muscle connection.Instagram : najgorszy_trener

Another days go by and I only more and more confident in this stack. It is undeniably the best joint stack I have ever tried. And trust me I rather spend my money on a solid joint stack than another super pre W it's safe to say I have tried quite a few joint supps. For what it's worth I am really enjoying the benefits of it. Hope anyo that tries it gets t same positive results as I am currently getting.

Just posted my store review for Cissus SD Pharmaceuticals
http://reviews.bodybuilding.com/sd-p...2e5951ccc7257/
Gonna update soon with my updated review of Flex Freak as I have reviewed it before and my general summary of the entire stack.
I have to say real quick that some kind of a stack containing both Cissus and Flex Freak at Bodybuilding.com would be a idea. Something people at PharmaFreak and SD Pharmaceuticals might consider!Instagram : najgorszy_trener
