    A-HD Review!

    Thanks to BPI for this opportunity!

    Was trying to put on muscle while get down to a lower body fat percentage, lets see how I did....

    -Effectiveness-
    Within 2 weeks I felt like a completely different man, a really good euphoric feeling that last all day, all night. So by 2 weeks I knew this product was working.

    -Strength-
    Wow.....here.....lemme just show you....the progression in 4 weeks....
    Squats- 575x3 to 655x2
    Bench Press 405x4 to 455x3
    Deadlift- 585x5 to 670x3
    And of course all my other exercises I did went up aswell. (my big 3 is what I worry about)

    -Size-
    VERY NOTICABLE MUSCULAR SIZE!!! Went from 220 to 229 and my abs never showed that much at 220, now at 229(well when i finished the a-hd i was 229, now ima round 237ish) my abs are showing completely!

    -Fat Loss-
    Read the above! Hell yeah this is a very potent fat burner! I was eating fast food, basically what ever I wanted while on this cycle too. Obviously I was kicking my ass with intense weight training and HIIT cardio

    -Mood-
    (read effectiveness) for the "Pro".....here are the "Cons"....
    -Was a bit edgy, I would get mad at things that usually don't get me mad, but that was sorta extected

    -Sexual/Libido-
    Ive tried viagra/cialis.......A-HD is just as potent......I was amazed!!! My girlfriend has a very hard time walking for the next couple days when we have our "fun"!

    -Overall-
    10/10 For sure! Best supplement Ive ever taken! Did it change my life? Well actually now that ive realized that having higher testosterone levels that your average/healthy human is a MUST for enjoying a life at its highest quality! (Price on this product ain't to bad either!)

    -Note-
    Its been a little over 2 weeks after the cycle and im still gaining muscle / losing fat, feeling amazing! I <3 BPI!

    +80 pounds to your squat
    +50 pounds to your bench press
    +85 pounds to your deadlift

    ??

    Uhh, OK. What next, you try to sell us a real estate on the moon?

    You act like thats alot.

    Add in some wave / dynamic / CNS focused workouts and you will be adding weight to your lifts FAST.

    lol, you serious bro?

    Look, over the years ive studied all sorts of Central Nervous System based training styles, so every time im in a linear phase, im always making gains, though on A-HD I did do a few different things with my training/nutrition. On this cycle these were actually the most potent gains ive ever made hands down.

    Will A-HD give you the gains I experienced? Looking at the average weight on these forums (150-180), that already tells me you guys follow your "typical" flex magazine bodybuilding programs(which i dont recommend) / have poor execution with your exercise / poor nutrition or too little of it. Basically what im trying to say if your "on top" of things YOU WILL EXPERIENCE GREAT GAINS.

    You can either troll this thread, or pick my brain. (In other words, stay the same person you are, or become a better one!)
