I would like to know what is the best routine I can follow to begin bulking now and cutting down whenever is appropriate. Nutrition is not really a problem of mine, I know what to eat and what supplements to take when. I'm more curious about routine splits, what routine yields the best results for bulking? and ultimately what routine is most appropriate for cutting? Any input is appreciated!
