CK (Creatine PhosphokinasE) blood test normal ranges are 50 to 225.
Recently I did blood test & found out mine are 1385!!
Doctor said , I have to reduce weight lifting and/or eat more proteins.
I alreay eat enough protein.
CK indicates a persons muscles have experienced heavy use.
Should I neglect this problem & continue to perform regular exercises or what?
Thanks

How long before your blood test did you work out?
It's a sign of acute muscle use/injury for it to be elevated so if you'd had a strenuous workout within a recent time period, it could simply be "leftover" from all the hard work you did.
Maybe get it redone after taking a good few days off exercise?-

This probably isn't much use to you... but my horse had the same problem.
It is called Equine Polysaccharide Storage Myopathy.
It is caused by the inability of the horses's muscle to use the complex carbohydrates that humans insist on feeding them even though their diet should be mainly of grass, hay and simple carbs.
Treatment for him was 24hr turnout, no sugar and lot of fibre and protein with oil for extra energy.
So Keto for you then, followed by regular exercise and you should be fine.
