So i wanted some motivation and wanted to see some 5'11 160lbers, and found a 155lbs guy, he lost like 4-5% bf damn it,

like his chest is round kind of bony, but under the rest its like v shape kind of, dont know how to describe it but wish he had more pics. I was aiming for this physique..

i dunno man, i should know about skinny guys physiques but i can't figure this guy out either.... he's got good triceps though.
