    Which Exercise Is Best To Lose Weight?

    Hello guys, I am facing some sensitive issues with my health. My weight is near about 92 kg and doctor suggested me to reduce weight as much I can, but I found it quite hard work.Can anyone expert here who can let me know the best and easy way to reduce weight without much physical work? Or any easy exercise I can do on regular basis?

    The effect that "easy exercise" (or even hard exercise for that matter in a ordinary humans life) has on fat loss is minimal. Exercise self restraint, it is exponentially easier to not eat a second burger than it is to burn one off on the road or in the gym.

    there is no BEST Exercise lol you cant only do one lift and be well rounded and lean it doesn't work like that. If I had to only do one lift I would choose deadlifts or squats though.

    The best exercise to lose weight is a Jaw Squeeze. Hold your jaws together as long and as often as possible. Another option is to realize that 45 minutes on a bike burns the same amount of calories contained in about a 1/3 of a donut.

    Lose weight thru diet. Build muscle thru exercise.
    Just show up. Move some iron. Put in the time. Eat enough food.

    Weight loss = diet. Don't starve yourself, but cut calories.

    Prioritize weightlifting over cardio. Little difference in calorie burn, but weights result in much better post-weight-loss body composition. Good luck OP.

    Bic Mac and fries and coke = 1,000kcal.
    6lbs broccolli = 1,000kcal.

    Nothing evil about processed food, it just makes it a lot easier to consume a lot of calories. I can easily down a mac and fries and still feel hungry, I can't eat a thousand calories of broccolli.

    If you eat less junk food and more fresh fruit and vegies, meat, fish and dairy, if overweight you'll lose weight, and even if you don't, you'll feel much better. 80% of your shopping bill should be at the greengrocer's, butcher and fishmongers. As Dan John put it: eat like an adult.
